There will be helpers assisting hauling looms into the workshop rooms Sunday night. 


You may also register Monday, 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM at Voorhees Hall. 

Meal Times:


If you purchased a Meal Package for Conference it includes Friday night dinner, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for Saturday evening and Breakfast and Lunch on Sunday.


If you purchased a Meal Package for Workshops, it includes Monday and Tuesday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, and Breakfast and Lunch on Wednesday. 


Hours:  Meals are held in the Phelps Cafeteria

Breakfast: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Lunch: 12;00 PM - 1:00 PM

Dinner: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM


Seminar Hours


Seminars are held Saturday and Sunday

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

1:30 PM - 3:30 PM


Workshops are held Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Voorhees Residence Hall

If you will be staying in the dorm here are a few things that will help to make your stay a little more comfortable.


Dorm rooms have 2 twin beds with a shared common bathroom down the hall. The dorm is equipped with an elevator.  The Wi-Fi password will be in your registration packet when you arrive. 


You will be given 

  • 2 towels, 2 facecloths, a pillow, pillow case, 2 sheets and a blanket.  
  • You may want to bring an alarm clock, hangers, an extra pillow, extra blanket, sweater or jacket, an extra light to read by, an umbrella, and such. 
  • There is no air conditioning, so you may also want to bring a fan.


Please be aware, you may park in front of Voorhees Hall for registering, but do not park on Holland City Streets overnight.  They give tickets for this!   Check out the map for parking spots.
