Registration

Registration Opens January 16, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. and

Closes on April 14, 2023, at Midnight.

All attendees must register for seminars and workshops, housing and meals, on-line through the RegFox registration site. A link will be placed on our website (www.mlhguild.org) the morning that registration opens (January 16 at 10:00 A.M.). A special newsletter will also be sent out with the link. Only credit card payments will be accepted.

If you have trouble registering on-line, do not hesitate to send an email to Cindy Greenfelder at registration@mlhguild.org or call or text 586-260-9893 and ask for assistance. Registration deadline is April 14, 2023.

E-mail Confirmation: RegFox will then send you an email letting you know that your registration has been completed. Please print and save this email as it is your only confirmation of the seminars, workshops, housing and meals that you have registered for. No other confirmation will be sent from MLH regarding your registration so please check this over and print a copy. If you have questions regarding your registration or need to cancel or change something do not hesitate to email registration@mlhguild.org or call 586-260-9893.

Changes, Fees, Cancellations, Refunds Policy
Refunds (minus a cancellation fee and 3% of the total bill) will be made up to April 14 2023. From April 15, 2023 to May 14, 2023, refunds will be made only for housing and meals.

A cancellation fee of $20.00 plus 3% of the total bill will be charged to cover charge card and administrative fees.

After May 14, 2023, you will forfeit the entire amount of your registration. In extenuating circumstances, a partial refund of the workshop/seminar fee may be possible, however, housing and meal fees are non-refundable after May 14, 2023.

Membership

You must be a member of MLH to attend a workshop or the conference. You may include your membership dues when you register. To renew membership or join MLH: 1 year is $20.00, 2 years is $37.00 You are encouraged to add $5.00 to your dues payment for the Learning Grant Fund.

Housing
Cook Hall is an air conditioned dorm. It is set up as suites, with two rooms, connected by a bathroom. Each room holds up to 2 students. You are welcome to sign up with a roommate, or for a single room, to be shared by either one or two students in the other room in the suite.

Haworth Inn Housing

A block of rooms have been held for those wishing to stay at the Inn. These rooms will only be held until April 14, 2023. You can register on the Haworth Inn Registration site with the code MLH623 (https:// haworthinn.com) or call the Haworth Inn (616-395-7200).
